Catalyst Logistics is a specialist logistics consultancy applying the science of logistics, using leading edge tools and techniques to achieve “Logistics Excellence” in your organisation and thereby improve your bottom line.

We have been operating successfully in our chosen specialist area of logistics and supply chain consultancy for 12 years and have grown organically without any need for external funding.

The core to our supply chain consultancy business is a small team of highly experienced principals who have between them over 40 years experience in logistics.  Complementing this core team we have:

• A well established team of circa 20 associate logistics specialists with blue chip experience
• Established strategic partnerships with consultancies providing complementary, deep domain experience in inventory, warehousing, transport, production and IT specialisms
• A wide network of contacts in logistics industry and academia
• A logistics software tool development team
