Network Performance
The objective of Network Performance is to provide an end to end view of supply chain effectiveness and efficiency. This allows us to identify key areas for improvement in preparation for full-scale optimisation of your network. Network Performances assesses:
- Supply chain effectiveness - Measuring how well the supply chain meets its basic objectives. For example in providing customers what they have ordered on time, in full, in good condition and with all the correct supporting information
- Supply chain efficiency - Measuring how efficient the supply chain is in meeting its objectives, i.e. by using the minimum amount of resources in terms of buildings, equipment, labour, and energy.
One of the most accepted international standards for Supply Chain performance measurement is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model as defined by the Supply Chain Council.
